Top Secret Military/Government Establishment - Don't break the law - Don't allow anyone else to use your login details - Don't put the IT facilities at risk by introducing malware - Safeguard personal data, respect other people's information and don't abuse copyright material - Don't interfere with others' legitimate use or behave towards others in a way that would not be acceptable in the physical world 3. 

1.4 Good Information

The characteristics of a good information are: 1. Valid   - Information that is correct. 2. Reliable   - Information that you can rely on. 3. Timely - Correct time period. 4. Fit-For-Purpose   - Relevant information to what you need for. 5. Accessible - Information that can be easily accessed at any time. 6. Cost-Effective - Information that worth investing the time and money to get help make business decision. 7. Sufficiently Accurate - Accurate information helps business make the correct decisions. 8. Relevant -  Information that is related to your business need. 9. Having the right level of detail -  Have correct information. 10. From a source in which the user has confident -  Source of the information is reliable and can be trusted. 11. Understandable by the user -  Information that used for business purpose needs to be understandable.
Internal Information vs External Information The concept of internal and  external   information sources  sounds quite complex, but in actual fact it is relatively simple.  Internal sources of information are that which come from data and statistics that belong  personally  to the  company  or entity involved.  External  sources of information are essentially the opposite.
